Colonnade will consider property opportunities in the following areas:

• Serviced offices
• Industrial buildings
• Portfolios of secondary retail
• Listed properties
• Assets which have an income yield of 8%+

Business Investments

Colonnade acquires companies which have a history of strong cash-flows, a secure asset base and some in-house management function separate from the equity providers.

Colonnade is interested in acquiring companies which are active in sectors that are subject to change where there is a significant opportunity to grow and add value over the medium-term.

Colonnade typically likes to retain control when it deploys capital but is open to strategic partnerships where suitable.
